About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to help transform the healthcare industry with a groundbreaking AI enterprise platform. In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with healthcare organizations to deploy our platform, gather requirements, and develop tailored AI use cases—such as prior authorization, drug rebates, and formulary management—that solve critical challenges. You’ll also act as a vital link between customers and the product team, ensuring feedback directly informs product improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Partner with healthcare payer and PBM customers to understand needs, gather technical and business requirements, and translate them into effective AI solutions.

• Platform Deployment: Lead implementation and integration of the platform into customer environments using serverless and containerized architectures.

• Cloud Deployment: Leverage AWS components to deploy and scale AI systems.

• Use Case Development:

  • Design and build customized AI use cases to address specific customer problems

  • Apply full SDLC principles to AI components

  • Develop comprehensive documentation

  • Seamlessly integrate solutions using Python and JavaScript

  • Implement and optimize agentic systems and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques

  • Monitor performance and analyze KPIs to drive continual improvement

• Platform Expertise & Guidance: Provide technical guidance, training, and ongoing support to ensure customers fully leverage the platform.

• Feedback Integration: Capture and document requirements and feedback; collaborate with product teams to shape feature development and platform enhancements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development or engineering

• Must have hands-on software engineering experience (not solely solution engineering or architecture)

• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript

• Experience deploying applications using AWS or other major cloud platforms

• Familiarity with modern AI frameworks, RAG techniques, and agentic systems

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients

• US-based remote only; travel required for client deployments

• Visa sponsorship is not available
