US Leveraged Finance team is seeking 2nd and 3rd year leveraged finance associates to join our team in New York.  Our leveraged finance team works on cutting edge, complex financings for borrower side clients (including private equity firms and their portfolio companies, corporate borrowers and growth companies) and lender side clients (private credit funds and other alternative lenders).  We are a versatile group and represent clients across all industry sectors on a mix of large cap, middle market and growth equity transactions.  In addition to traditional US focused financings, the group collaborates with our global colleagues on complex, multijurisdictional transactions.  We are looking for smart, thoughtful, motivated, detail-oriented team players who are excited to be part of a growing team.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $235,000 - $310,000.
